We all get overwhelmed.
Even me, with my perky ass attitude and near indomitable smile.
Of course how we handle it is a big part of who we are, and what we can be.
Feeling overwhelmed and helpless ,or hopeless,
are very different things, and what may seem impossible
will quite often be very simple..... If we could look at it with fresh eyes.
